Lehman's Orchard Dried Fruit products are stored in refrigeration to ensure all products remain soft and pliable as well as to maintain flavor and heathful ingredients. The lighter-colored fruits having been lightly sulfured to limit the effects of oxidation and preserve vitamins A and C.

Lehman's Orchard Dried Fruit products will typically maintain their peak flavor for a minimum of 6 months when stored in refrigeration.
